How’s the weather?
The weather in NAPA can vary. Usually, you can expect warmer days and cooler evenings. Bring a layer for warmth at night (most shows are outside)
Is food & drink included?
YES! Each night the featured winery will be pouring an endless selection of their wines. Your pass includes complimentary wine, heavy hors d’oeuvres & music. Additional wine selections available for purchase. (NOTE, VIP pass holders have access to vip bars)
Where do I pick up my pass?
If you are staying at Harvest inn you will receive your pass with your swag bag upon check in
otherwise, passes can be picked up at the venue day of show under purchasers name.

What is a songwriters round?
Each show will include intimate acoustic performances from a handful of songwriters on stage “Bluebird Cafe” style. There will be 2 rounds of music each night with the songwriters on stage together swapping songs, telling stories & trading anecdotes at each of the nightly events.
Where am I sitting?
4 day pass holders will have guaranteed seating at every show. the shows are intimate and there isn’t a “bad seat” in the house.
VIP pass holders have premiere seating at every show.
How do I become a sponsor?

Is there transportation?
Transportation is provided every night from Harvest Inn to that night’s winery. You are also welcome to drive yourself to the festival.
Is there an “after party”?
While there isn’t an “official after party”, the unofficial “after parties” at Harvest Inn are legendary. Join us on the porch at harvest inn after the show! harvest inn has been gracious past years to keep the bar open.
